The food was local with a wide range of options. The location was absolutely perfect and marvellous and a trolley bus stop was next to the hotel. Its service was very good! Staff were really helpful.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

staff was super cooperative. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, a writing table, and iron/ironing board. private bathroom was reasonably large.

The whole experience was comfortable, and the place was amazing. the location was marvellous, and the staff were excellent and cooperative. it's just a 25-minute walk from Zamzam Well and close to a tram station.

This place is truly amazing, and the staff are super friendly. It's in a great location, just a short walk from a major avenue and a trolley station. Plus, Zamzam Well is only about 2 km away! 😊.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was sparkling clean, and there were excellent hotel facilities such as parking and a lovely terrace. we loved the location close to the tram station, making it easy to explore the city from this well-communicated district of Istanbul. The staff were also helpful and cooperative.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. the young man at the reception was very helpful and cooperative. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were some issues with the room, such as the lack of a trashcan and a kettle. the walls were thin, so noise from other rooms could be heard.

Great stay in a cozy hotel during Christmas! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of local food and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The WiFi, which could be a bit hit or miss at times. the shower could have been a little more powerful.

The location of this hotel is very convenient with easy access to public transportation. You can easily visit all parts of this vibrant city from here. the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and well-equipped with all essential amenities. the hotel is situated in a nice area, surrounded by a variety of local restaurants where you can enjoy delicious cuisine at affordable prices.

The soundproofing between the rooms could be improved.

The hotel staff was friendly and supportive, rooms were clean and equipped with necessary amenities, convenient location near cafes and a supermarket, secure parking and a terrace to relax on.

Nothing, everything was great.

The secure parking also provided peace of mind. they were able to provide a cot for our 5-year-old, a great convenience. I'll recommend this hotel.
